Meet with Planner/FWS to ensure timeline of work scope is understood Planning Team: Walkdown area in the field or in conference room setting if planning team has enough pictures or information. Validate task list and fill-in Worksite Hazard Analysis. Obtain craft input for document development. Planner: Prepare Task List for safety Plan for JHA meeting. Gather documents and information needed for JHA meeting with planning team members. SHP: Start gathering survey data and any information from walkdown and develop draft AMW/RWP Planning Team: Using JHA checklist Review task list. Identify critical tasks. Identify critical hazards and controls and how to implement the controls. Identify Error Precursors Discuss AMW and RWP. Meeting should take one hour or less. Planner: Write work instructions based on input from planning team utilizing completed Safety Plan Worksite Hazard Analysis/AMW/RWP. Send out copies to planning team for comments. May need more than one review. Planning Team: Review documents and submit comments in specified time. Review final documents ready for TPM Planner: Incorporate comments from Planning team. If major changes received send out again for comments. Send documents to Planning team one day before TPM. Expectations: Use Worksite Hazard Analysis and Verify current field conditions are consistent with planned work and workers can work to the work instructions as written. Planner/SHP Expectations: Incorporate comments from AJRG. Obtain work order approval. Operations Engineer: Perform pre-release review of work order. Planner/SHP: Incorporate comments from Team Planning Meeting. Planner and SHP work together to finalize RWP/AMW and work instructions. Work Control Mgr: Perform review of RWP, AMW, and work instructions to ensure satisfactory before AJRG. Planner: Provide final documents to the AJRG one day prior to AJRG meeting Expectations: Verify proper controls are in place. Verify FWS understands the scope of work. Discuss Senior Supervisory Watch involvement. Planning Team: Validate that work instructions steps are properly sequenced and controls mitigate identified hazards. Make changes to work instructions if necessary. Purpose of meeting is not to re-plan work instructions. Validate work instruction can be worked safely as written. Rad Con Planner Risk Screen activity by review of survey data or perform surveys Planner Perform review/walkdown to understand scope and constraints. Search Lessons Learned; Start drafting task list, JHA and work instructions
