  2. Needs Assessment: The problem is employees not utilizing the online global calendar to maximize their administrative duties. We have the resources to give a training to employees An online training would greatly benefit employees to meet goals.

  3. Instructional Goal After completing this training, employees will be able to utilize an online global calendar and use it in their everyday administrative activities for the benefit of the company and themselves.

  4. Performance Objectives: • After completing the training, employees will be able to do the following: • Employees will be able to set up appointments using the online global calendar with 100% accuracy • Employees will be able to share their online global calendar with other employees with 100% accuracy • Employees will be able to make changes/fix appointments, delete appointments with 100% accuracy

Learner Characteristics: • My target audience will be the following employees: • 1 with a Masters Degree • 1 with a Bachelors Degree • 2 with an Associates Degree • 1 with some college hours • 99% of the employees are with Hispanic ethnicity • 1% is of Caucasian ethnicity • The age range is from 28 – 65 years old • The employees will have the necessary basic computer skills to take and complete the training.

  7. Learning Context: The training will be held in a classroom with computers accessible to the employers taking the training. Pencils and Paper The learning environment will have adequate lighting to have the maximum effect for training.

  12. Formative Evaluation: In order to evaluate the effectiveness of the online training program for Online Global Calendar I will conduct a peer review. They will check with each other to see if they have gotten the necessary training in order to achieve the outcome of the training.

  13. Summary This training module will help employees access the online global calendar and utilize all the features it has to their benefit. In conclusion, employees will benefit from the online training received. They will incorporate this training into their administrative duties and make a great stride in achieving their professional goals.
