  2. Job Description • Describe in paragraph form the general description of what exactly this career involves including who you would work for, specialized areas in your field, and any certification needed.

  3. Duties • List items on a bulleted slide • Explain job duties performed on a daily bases • Try to list 5 or 6 items • Duties may be different based on the specialized area of your career choice

  4. Working Conditions • Explain the conditions in which you will be working such as: in the office, classroom, outdoors, forest, ocean ect… • Note if the occupation is seasonal, constant hours, periods of excessive time spent on the job.

  5. Educational Requirements • Note any particular skills one needs to enjoy to excel in this field such as: working with numbers, starting your day at very early hours, getting your hands dirty ect. • How many years of college or technical school do you need to enter the field of your choice • How important is on the job training, do I need to apprentice and for how long

  6. Outlook • The estimated number of jobs in this field that are expected to open up in the next 10 years
