  2. 學生提供資料 學生學習概覽SLP • 內容包含以下各項資料: SLP consists of • 校內學科成績及獎項 Academic performance & awards • 其他學習經歷 OLE • 校外表現/獎項 Performance / awards gained outside school • 學生自述 Student’s self-account • 概覽可於三月廿日或之後回校領取 Students may collect the SLP hard copy on/after 20 March

  3. 其他學習經歷Other Learning Experiences • 由校方主辦/與其他機構合辦的活動 Activities held/co-organized by the school • 學校為學生輸入紀錄於內聯網中 Records are input by the school into e-class • 學生可隨時查閱有關紀錄 Students may view the records in e-class • 每年學生可選取三至六項得著較多、印象較深刻的活動,紀錄於SLP中 Every year, students may choose 3 to 6 records to be printed in SLP • S6 遞交選取紀錄日期為十月三日 • S6 Deadline for submission of selected records:3 October

  4. 校外的表現/獎項Performance/awards gainedoutside school • 校外活動/獎項 Activities/awards outside school • 由學生自行紀錄 (手冊/ 內聯網/ 電腦/ 文件夾)Students keep their records in their ownways • 學生每年可選取一至三項得著較多、印象較深刻的活動,遞交電腦檔給學校,由學校紀錄於SLP中 Every year, students may choose 1 to 3 records to be printed in SLP.They submit the Excel file to the school. • S6 遞交日期: 十月三日 • S6 Deadline for submission:3 October

  5. 學生自述Student’s self-account • 例如:可略述一項印象深刻的學習經歷,並交代如何影響同學的個人成長及人生目標的設定。亦可述說同學訂定人生目標的故事,及其如何影響同學對職業的期望及全人發展。 • 概述印象深刻的學習經歷,或為未來的求職擇業訂立目標 e.g. highlight any impressive learning experiences or career goal setting • 學生可提供額外資料,重點描述其在高中或之前的學習生活及成長經驗,以便其他人士(例如各大專院校及未來僱主等)參考 • Students may provide additional information to highlight any aspects of her learning life and personal development during or before senior secondary education for readers’ (e.g.tertiary education institutions, future employers) references.

  6. 學生的自述Student’s self-account • 學生每年需填寫自我評估表,反思所學,總結經驗,並計劃未來目標Every year, students fill in the Self Assessment Formto reflect on their performance and set future goals. • Among the listed activities, which activity(ies) impressed me most? Why? • How did the learning experiences in the mentioned activity(ies) help my development? • How did I contribute to the school and to the community? • How shall I apply what I have learnt in the future?

  7. 學生的自述Student’s self-account • 由班主任、英文老師及其他老師提供輔導及意見Assistance provided by: homeroom teachers, English teachers and other teachers • 利用電腦軟件“記事本”鍵入,儲存為txt檔並用UTF-8編碼Type usingNotepad. Save astxtfile inUTF-8 coding • 約六百字 Optimum:~600 words • S6 遞交日期: 十一月三十日 • S6 Deadline for submission:30 November • 參考示例:於內聯網下載/由英文老師提供 Samples: some are posted in e-class, some are provided by the English teachers

  12. 其他經驗及成就-第二部份OEA-Part II • 第二部份:校外活動 與SLP中的“校外表現/獎項”相似 Part II: Non-school Activities  Performance / awards gained outside school in SLP • 有關資料取自“校外表現/獎項”,但不包括音樂資格。Excluding the music qualifications, all data are transferred from Performance / awards gained outside school • 所有第二部份的紀錄均須學生上載pdf檔案以供Jupas核實Student must upload a pdf file for each record to Jupas

  13. 其他經驗及成就-第一部份,第二部份OEA-Part I & Part II • 剔除音樂資格紀錄,第一及第二部份活動紀錄總數上限為 20項 • Excluding the records of music qualifications,maximum totalnumber of records in Part I & II:20

  14. 其他經驗及成就 - 附加資料OEA-Additional Information • 附加資料內容與“學生自述”相似 Additional Information  Student’s self-account in SLP • 內容重心:同學可略述一項印象尤深的學習經歷,並交代其如何影響同學的個人成長及人生目標的設定。 • Students may write about an interest or experience that has been particularly meaningful to her, or has affected her personal growth and life goals.

  15. 其他經驗及成就 - 附加資料OEA-Additional Information • 由班主任、英文老師及其他老師提供輔導及意見Assistance provided by: homeroom teachers, English teachers and other teachers • 利用電腦軟件“記事本”書寫,儲存為txt檔並用UTF-8編碼Type usingNotepad.   16. 呈交學生學習概覽給JupasSubmission of SLP to Jupas • 學生可於三月廿日或之後回校領取「學生學習概覽」,並可選擇是否上載副本給Jupas • Students may collect the SLP hard copy on/after 20 March and may upload soft copy to Jupas • 最後呈交「學生學習概覽」日期為三月三十一日 Deadline for submission of SLP:31 March
