Panamericana Sur highway Road Network N° 6 GENERAL SAN MARTÍN PORT TERMINAL CALLED • Location: Ica • Description: The project comprises the concession to design, build, finance, operate and maintain of the General San Martín Port Terminal. THE AMAZON WATERWAY CALLED • Location: Loreto and Ucayali. • Description:The project comprises the implementationof works and actions to improve the navigability and transit of pasenger and cargo on the Amazonas, Marañón, Huallaga and Ucayali rivers. • Dredging on critical areas (Malos Pasos) and on the access to the Port of Iquitos. • GPS information system on the route of the navigation channel. • Installation of level measuring stations with transmission of information. • System of monitoring of navigability conditions. • Cleaning system. • Estimated investment (VAT not included): US$ 65 million • Type of concession : Co-financed • Concession period: 20 years. • Estimated date of award: I Quarter 2014. HUANCAYO - HUANCAVELICA RAILWAY • Location: Junín and Huancavelica. • Description: Project oriented to the transportation of passengers and cargo, which comprises the execution of the following works along the 128 Km of the existing railway: • Railway upgrade • Changes to the tracks in critical sectors • Purchase of rolling stock • Reinforcement of 15 railway bridges • Extension of 38 tunnels for standard gauge rolling stock (1,435 mm) • Upgrades to the signaling and telecommunication systems • Draining works • The project includes the interoperability with Ferrocarril Central (railway service with standard gauge of 25 ton per axle) for the connection of high Andes regions with the port of Callao and the Santa Anita market. • Estimated investment: Under evaluation • Type of concession :Co-financed • Concession Period: 30 years • Estimatedaward date: I Quarter 2015 TO BE CALLED

LONGITUDINAL DE LA SIERRA HIGHWAY, SECTION 4 TO BE CALLED • Location: Junín, Huancavelica, Ayacucho and Apurímac. • Description:The project comprises the execution of upgrade and rehabilitation works (117 km), initial periodic maintenance (160 km); and subsequent maintenance and operation of 651 Km, in order to reach and maintain the established service levels on the railway route. • Estimated investment: The sector is conducting the final engineering studies. • Type of concession : Co-financed • Concession period: 25 years • Estimated date of award: I Quarter 2015.

LONGITUDINAL DE LA SIERRA HIGHWAY, SECTION 5 TO BE CALLED • Location: Cusco and Puno. • Description:The project comprises the regular initial maintenance, and operation and maintenance of all the Section (422 km), in order to obtain the required level of service. • Estimated Investment: The sector is updating the upgrading and improvement costs • Type of concession: Co-financed • Concession period: 25 years. • Estimated award date : II Quarter 2015.

QUILCA TO BE CALLED • Location: Ica and Arequipa • Description: Private initiative for the concession to build, operate and maintain the following infrastructure: Vía de Evitamiento de Ica, Second road Ev. Ica - Ov. Ocucaje, Vía de Evitamiento de Palpa, Vía de Evitamiento de Nazca and section Nazca - DV.   15. 220 kV MOYOBAMBA -IQUITOS TRANSMISSION LINE AND ASSOCIATED SUB STATIONS CALLED • Location: Loreto and San Martín. • Description: The project comprises the concession to design, finance, build, operate, and maintain a transmission line with an approximated length of 600 km and capacity of 145 MVA, in order to incorporate the city of Iquitos to the National Interconnected System. • Estimated Investment (VAT not included): US$ 434 million • Type of concession: Self-sustaining • Concession period: 30 years plus the construction period (52 months) • Estimated award date: II Quarter 2014.   16. 220 KV LA PLANICIE INDUSTRIALES TRANSMISSION LINE AND ASSOCIATED SUBSTATIONS TO BE CALLED • Location:Lima • Description: The project comprises the concession to design, finance, build, operate, and maintain the transmission line with a length of 16.6 km and two circuits with 400 MVA capacity each. The last 5 km of the line will be underground. • Estimated investment (VAT not included): US$ 56.6 million • Type of concession : Self-sustaining • Concession period: 30 years plus the construction period (22 months approximately). • Estimated award date:II Quarter 2014

  17. 220 KV FRIASPATA - MOLLEPATA TRANSMISSION LINE AND 220/60 KV ORCOTUNA SUBSTATION CALLED • Location: Huancavelica, Ayacucho, Junín. • Description:The project comprises the concession to design, finance, build, operate and maintainof the following projects: • Mollepata – Friaspata transmission line of 90.5 k.m. and 192 MVA capacity and associated sub stations. • 220/60 kV new Orcotuna substation with 50 MVA capacity. • Both projects will allow to meet the energy demand in the regions involved. • Estimated investment (VAT not included): US$ 43.5 million • Type of concession : Self-sustained. • Concession period: 30 years plus the construction period (25 months approximately) • Estimated award date: II Quarter 2014 SE Orcotuna Friaspata Mollepata

  19. ENERGY SECURITY AND SOUTHERN GAS PIPELINE • Location: Cusco, Arequipa and Moquegua. Description: The project comprises the concession to design, finance, build, operate, maintain and transfer of a natural gas distribution system. The project includes 2 sections: • Construction of natural gas pipelines and liquid gas pipelines from Malvinas plant to the Connection point (CP) and then to the Chinquintirca plant. • Construction of the Southern region gas pipeline from the Connection Point (CP) to south coast of the country. MAIN WORKS AND CONDUCTION OF DRINKABLE WATER SUPPLY FOR LIMA • Location: Junín and Lima. • Description: The project comprises the concession to design, finance, build, operate and maintain of the following infrastructure works: • Extension capacity of Pomacocha and HuallacochaBajo dams (approx. 100 MM cubic meters ). • Diversion works of Pomacocha – River Blanco (approx. 10 km of trans Andean tunnel). • Water purification plant (5 m3/s), and • Southern conduction line Ramal Sur (approx. 25,6 km) from Huachipa to Villa del Triunfo districts, three tunnels of 4.2 k.m., 4.5 k.m., and 2.5 k.m.; and 6 support reservoirs of 24,000 cubic meters. • Estimated Investment (VAT not included): US$ 400 million • Type of concession: Self -sustained • Concession term: 20 to 30 years • Estimated award date: IV Quarter 2014. MANAGEMENT OF THE INSTITUTO NACIONAL DE SALUD DEL NIÑO – SAN BORJA • Location: Lima. • Description: The project comprises in the provision, by a private operator, of the following services: • Maintenance of buildings, facilities and electromechanical equipment associated with infrastructure, landscaping and parking • Maintenance of the clinical and not-clinical equipment • General services (laundry, kitchen, cleaning service and security and hospital waste management) • Support to the diagnose (Laboratory, clinical pathology, blood bank and sterilization center) • Technical assistance services for acquisition • Type of concession: Co-financed • Contract term: 10 years. • Estimated award date: I Quarter 2014. INTEGRAL MANAGEMENT OF SOLID WASTE FROM HOSPITALS IN METROPOLITAN LIMA AND CALLAO TO BE CALLED • Location:Lima and Callao • Description:A private initiative involving the construction, operation and maintenance of a modern hospital waste treatment plant for the appropriate management of this type of waste (hazardous-biocontaminated/special-hazardous/regular) from hospitals and institutes of the Ministry of Health in Lima and Callao. • The project will be executed on the basis of other existing infrastructure public works owned by the Peruvian Government. • Estimated Investment: Studies in progress • Type of concession: Co-financed • Estimatedaward date: 2015

CABLECAR TO KUELAP CALLED • Location: Amazonas. • Description: The project comprises the concession to design, finance, build, operate and maintain a cableway system for a fast, safe and easy access to Kuelap Fortress. • The cable cars route will be 4,400 meters aimed to overcome the distance of 965 meters between Tingo Nuevo town and Kuelapfortress. • Estimated investment (VAT not included): US$ 17.6 million • Type of concession: Co- financed • Concession term: 20 – 25 years • Estimated award date: II Quarter 2014.

CHOQUEQUIRAO CABLE RAILWAY TO BE CALLED • Location: Apurímac and Cusco • Description:Concession of the design, financing, construction, equipment, operation and maintenance of a cable railwaysystemto access the Choquequirao Archaeological Park in a fast and comfortable way. • ItwillcrosstheApurimacCanyon and willhave 5.4 Km long, divided in 2 sections (3.4 Km and 1.99 Km), and capacity for 400 passengers/hour. • Estimated investment (VAT not included): US$ 55 million • Type of concession : Co-financed • Concession period: 20-25 years • Estimated date of award: IV Quarter2014
