  11. Conclusion There is nothing that can take the place of education. Making the decision to further my career and attain my MBA had a tremendous influence in my convenience, and the way I interact with my peers and subordinates in the workplace. This presentation was much more than talking about my experiences at CSU Global, this presentation is about my accomplishments, success and implementation of skills that really work in the workplace. I am almost afraid to stop learning in the CSU Global environment because of all the skills that I have learned and implemented in my workplace. In fact, I am contemplating if I would like to continue with my education and take the next step to attain an PHD. A special thanks to all the staff at CSU-Global and anyone that was involved in helping me stay on track with this degree program!
