  8. Evalution 1. Why is 21 February called ShaheedDibosh ? Ans: 21 February is called ShaheedDibosh because our language martyrs sacrificed their lives for our mother tongue on that day. 2. Why do people go to ShaheedMinar ? How do they go there ? Ans: People go to the ShaheedMinar to place wreaths at the minar. They go on barefoot in procession, singing the mourning song “Amar BhayerRakteRangano…….. 3. Why is 21 February now observed throughout the world every year ? Ans: 21 February is observed throughout the world every year to promote awareness of linguistic and cultural diversity and multilingualism.
