UN Palermo Protocol 2000: ‘Human Trafficking’ Action: Recruit, transport, transfer, receive, or harbour Purpose: Sexual Exploitation, Forced labour/criminality Slavery or similar, Domestic servitude, organ harvesting, or child exploitation. FGM & forced marriage? Means: Abduction by threat, force, coercion, fraud/deception, Abuse of power/vulnerability, or giving/receiving of payments
