GF. Habitat For Humanity International. HFHI goes all around the world and builds houses for the homeless or financially struggling. Charity means to help others in need with money or something even when you don’t have to. My example of charity is the CHKD Foundation.

  1. GF Habitat For Humanity International • HFHI goes all around the world and builds houses for the homeless or financially struggling. Charity means to help others in need with money or something even when you don’t have to. My example of charity is the CHKD Foundation • “Whenever possible, we build sustainable, energy efficient and healthy housing.” • When the HFHI goes to build houses they only continue to build the house if the person that needs the house contributes in some way to the making of the house. Jimmy Carter I can be charitable by giving away my old shoes to the RELAY FOR LIFE foundation. Former president Jimmy Carter and his wife Rosalynn Carter have helped with donations. Ellen DeGeneres is the host of the hit TV show Ellen. Ellen supports many organizations one of them is The Gentle Barn. Which takes care of abused animals. There are 2 billion people living in slum houses, and there are 100 million people that are homeless.
