  3. What a Sportsperson Good? • Tactical Skills? • Technical Skills? • Physical Attributes? And probably a lot more! But which is most important and why?

Physical Attributes? “You must have the physical competence to do the technical stuff and the technical qualities to do the tactical stuff…in that order.” “Too often a limitation secured in the developmental stages raises its head at the most inopportune time in the athlete’s career. At the senior level of elite performance the occurrence of injuryor the failure of a skill under pressure can often be traced back to a mismanaged developmental stage” (Giles, 2006).
