Prevailing Wages • Generally, construction contracts over $50,000 are subject to the prevailing wage requirements of ORS 279C.800 to ORS 279C.870 • Contractors and their subcontractors shall pay the applicable prevailing wages to their workers as required by ORS 279C.840, and as listed in the most current Bureau of Labor and Industries (“BOLI”) prevailing wage rate publication • Contractors will pay either BOLI or Davis-Bacon prevailing wage requirements, whichever are higher.
