  4. Background • Water Conserv II is one of the largest agricultural reclaimed water projects in the world • Owned by Orange County and the City of Orlando • Operational since 1986 • Primary components are irrigation and aquifer recharge

Zoning Issues Lake County/Clermont JPA Established joint planning area (JPA) in south Lake County The proposed project is located within the JPA Clermont initiated discussions regarding annexation of Water Conserv II property Clermont and Lake County are negotiating revisions to the JPA to accommodate Water Conserv II annexation
