  6. Head Office Consolidated Reporting Infinity bundles reports that enable you to ‘slice and dice’ your data.  Infinity is a genuine RDBMS - you can use Crystal Reports, Report Writer or SQL. Branch Specific Items and pricing Infinity will hold all items at all stores, some items at some stores or individual items at individual stores. Inventory Infinity handles ordering, receipting, stocktaking, stock transfers & adjustments. Inventory management is branch related. Creditors/Debtors Infinity maintains suppliers & debtors, tracks payments & outstanding bills, produces statements & aged trial balances. Infinity includes a personal bookkeeping package. Normally, you’d refer the customer to the Back Office or Head Office - not with Infinity! Simply punch in the customer code and with the click of a mouse, Infinity will take you to your customer relationship managed website. When you’re done, click the ‘Done’ button and you’re back to the sale.  Totally Object Oriented We use Borland’s Delphi 7.0 as our development tool.   15. The Technology behind Infinity Network Autonomy What happens if your network crashes? Infinity will simply carry on selling. When your network is restored, the Infinity Linker™ will post the stored sales transactions back to Head Office. Infinity Shell When Infinity is run in this mode, POS is hidden from Windows. A password-protected shell prevents anyone from ‘flicking’ back into Windows mode. Hardware Abstraction Table Infinity’s Hardware Abstraction Table allows it to communicate with scanners, scales, card readers, slip printers, A4 printers and Dynakey.
