Lessons Learned • Take advantage of new functionality in latest version of EBS to remove customizations • Make sure users allocate sufficient time to understand new and obsolete programs in R12 • Make sure all custom triggers exist and are attached to the correct tables.  • Update all custom concurrent requests to be “single-mode” for operating units • You don’t have to cancel or complete workflows prior to the upgrade in order for those to be upgraded. • Implementation with internal team has greater advantage over external vendor CORSAIR CONFIDENTIAL
