Arousal in Sport • Put the following video clips into one of three categories; • under-aroused, over-aroused or zone of optimum arousal. • Explain how you made your choice for each. • Identify the characteristics that performers display in each category • (e.g. Focused, calm, nervous, lethargic). • For those in the under-aroused and over-aroused categories, identify techniques the performers could have used to reach the state of optimum arousal
