  3. Collaboration Meetings • January 28-30, 2010 at Jefferson Lab • May 13-15, 2010 at Jefferson Lab • September 9-11, 2010 at Univ. of Regina • January 27-29, 2011 at Jefferson Lab • Host facility for September 2011?

  4. MOUs • We need to move forward on the Construction MOUs for institutions. We should aim for drafts from everyone by the next meeting? • FSU (draft at FSU now) • UCONN (need to get started) • Others….

  5. Conferences • We currently have a Wiki link to conferences. If you gave a talk this year, please upload it to the portal and then link it the wiki. • Conferences for 2010. Please email me the names and locations of potentially interesting conferences in 2010. • Please email me if you want to give a talk at one of the conferences and I can try to get an invited GlueX talk.
