  1. TYPESOFSLEEPING PATTERNS Whether you pass out on a comfy mattress, couch, car or plane, the position you take while indulging in snooze time actually says a lot about your personality. STARFISH Known as the most amiable position, the Starfish is the least common sleeping pose. The individual rests with their arms stretched out above their head, as if receiving a large air hug. Those who sleep in the Starfish position are usually very loyal friends and love prioritizing friendship over most other important points in their lives. FETAL On the other side of the spectrum, the fetal position is widely perceived as the most popular out of the lot! According to a survey performed by sleep specialists.Individuals who tend to use this pose while sleeping tend to sport a tough exterior but a sensitive interior. They also tend to be quite shy on the inside. LOG Log position, the second most popular sleep position, looks deceiving. Though those sleeping in this position may come off as stiff and rigid individuals, they actually tend to be the absolute opposite. Log sleepers tend to be very social and easygoing. They can and will speak to anyone and everyone, but quite obviously prefer to hang with the A-Crowd. YEARNER Though this position looks quite similar to the log, there’s a striking difference between log people and yearner people. Research points out that yearner people are quite inviting and open on the exterior, but can also be a bit suspicious and often cynical. Yearners also tend to take eons to actually come to a decision, but once they make it – there’s no convincing them to go back!. FREEFALLER Free fallers usually tend to have bold, risk-taking and impulsive personalities. However, they can also be known to not have any filters and far too to-the-point for certain people’s tastes. They seem free spirited and care-free, but free fallers secretly love to be in control and on top of their game.
