Ask IPER – TTT Institutes Train-the-Trainer (TTT) Institutes • What to expect • We are still planning for in-person institutes • Exploring options to accommodate changing economic conditions in the states, as necessary • Trainers-in-training will observe webinar pilots • Who should participate • What happens after the Institutes

Ask IPER – Next Steps What state teams should be working on • Instructional Team appointed, meets regularly • Resource Center entries: if you haven’t started, what should you focus on first? • Links for Intro to Records and Information Management (e.g., statutes, definition of a record, record schedules) • Cross training to understand what’s important to the other disciplines involved • Promotion plan to reach potential students • IPER staff will be supplying additional guidance on all of the above over next 2-3 months
