Users Group Board EndUser Executive Board, 2003/2004 • June/July: • RUG Liaison – • Board member assignment • Single point of contact for all Regional Users Groups • Point of contact for Endeavor regarding RUG activities and policies • June: • Offered the opportunity to retreat and possibly reorganize

Users Group Board EndUser Executive Board, 2003/2004 November: Organizational retreat • SIG Liaison – • Single point of contact for EndUser SIG groups • Potential mechanism for feeding into the Enhancement process • Strategic Directions Council – • Intended to provide Endeavor with input from library strategic planners “in the field” • A small body, with some positions rotating annually • To be composed of strategic planners from customer sites
