  1. Dictation • It is a dictation game • Teacher splits up students into two groups • Students will listen to a story, one sentence at a time, by clicking on the microphone icon. • One student at a time from each group goes to the computer, listens to the sentence, reports it to the group members. All the members, including the reporter have to write it down. • The students can refer back to the sentence whenever necessary. • Teacher hands out the transcription of the dictation

Dictation • Students from groups A and B exchange the dictation sheets for correction. • Each student will get one point for each underlined word they wrote correctly • The fastest group gets 5 points. • The teacher adds up the final score of all group members • The group which has more points wins

Transcript of the dictation • Themother, at the start of the day, wakes up and feeds her pups. • Then, she takes them from theden down to the lake to bathethem. • Thenthey go togetherwiththe daddy to find food in the meadow, although it’s far away. • Therethey spend the day feeding and breathingthe fresh air. • They don’t mind if theweather is bad. • When dusk falls, they return to their den, ready for another day.
