  5. MUSCULAR STRENGTH The amount of force a muscle can produce

  6. BODY COMPOSITION The makeup of the body including muscle, bone, body fat and all other body tissues

  7. SKILL RELATEDFITNESS Parts of fitness that help a person perform well in sports and activities that require certain skills

  8. AGILITY The ability to quickly change the position of the body and to control the body’s movements

  9. BALANCE The ability to keep an upright posture while standing still or moving

  10. COORDINATION The ability to use the senses together with the body parts or to use two or more body parts together

  11. POWER The ability to use strength quickly

  12. REACTION TIME The amount of time it takes a person to move once he or she realizes the need to act

  13. SPEED The ability to perform a movement or cover a distance in a short time
