(50% of all cancelled surgeries are occuring within 24 hours prior to scheduled surgery time.)Goal 1 is to reduce to 40 %, then to 30%, 20%, etc Quality Metric: Increase our current VTE Scores by 5-10% SCIP-VTE-1 (Ordered)=75% SCIP-VTE-2 (Administered)=75% 5
