Best Practice System Administrator User Access right template • Administrators may update, change, add and delete user templates for later use and apply them to the respective category template. • This feature allows the administrator to create separate categories of Users, depending on the officer’s rank. So, as Users are added, these same rights will apply to them as well. • Any users included in this template will inherit the rights and permissions of that template.

Best Practice System Administrator Event Definition • These events will appear on In-Car Unit Event Type screen. • If your department has an interrogation unit the admin has the ability show certain only events on that unit. • This interface summarizes the administrative policies set in previous System Profile Maintenance configurations tabs. • Policy Summary will reflect the changes made. Administrator will need to exit System Profile Maintenance for changes to take effect. • Global and specific event type case number and ticket number pattern
