Materi ini merupakan penelitiannya terkait karakteristik kepemimpinan antara orang Cina, Singapura, dan Indonesia. Prof Hora merupakan seorang pakar yang telah melakukan berbagai penelitian di 12 negara sekaligus Senior Executive and Top Managers lebih dari 40 negara. Beliau menempuh S1 hingga S3 di Jerman dan memang selalu konsen terhadap cross-cultural studies. “Know who you are and where you want to be in the minds of others, be true to yourself wherever you go”pesannya pada mahasiswa FPSB UII.
