Guests are able to walk onboard the actual Air Force One aircraft, tail number 27000, which flew seven U.S. presidents. Other exciting exhibits include a replica of the White House Oval Office, as well as the Rose Garden and South Lawn. BANK OF AMERICA PERFORMING ARTS CENTER Originally known as the Civic Arts Plaza, the Bank of America Performing Arts Center is the realization of a 20-year dream by Thousand Oaks residents to provide a facility to house quality cultural activities. Designed by nationally renowned architect Antoine Predock, the three-acre city complex juxtaposes serene meadowland and park- like vistas with a bustling entertainment center. STAGECOACH INN MUSEUM The Stagecoach Inn in Newbury Park, originally known as the Grand Union Hotel, was used as a resting area for people who traveled from Los Angeles to Santa Barbara. It is a California Historical Landmark and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The museum includes a replica of Timber School (originally built in 1889), the carriage house and a blacksmith shop, a nature trail, and the ‘Tri-Village’, a small group of three houses: the pioneer house, the adobe and the Chumash village.
