  5. 4: If Your Member Is • Not Comfortable That • You Are Addressing His Concerns And Complaints, He Will Rebel.

  6. 5:SheWho Controls • The Schedule Controls • The Member • (And The Office).

  7. 6: Set Up A Consistent System For Scheduling Decisions. Limit Level 3 Decisions.

  8. 7: Maintain Consistent Communication With Traveling Team – Seek Out Their Feedback.

  9. 8: There Can Never Be Too Many Details On The Daily Schedule.

  10. 9: Answer Every Invitation - Pro or Con – Or Delay When Necessary.

  11. 10: Review Invitations • And Schedules Using Commonsense.

  12. Bonus 11: • Fix Problems Quickly Or Suffer The Consequences.

  13. At The End Of The Term, Looking Back At The Schedule Should Illustrate What Your Strategy Was. Don’t Lose Sight Of The Big Picture.
