  7. Action Requested ACTION REQUESTED: Approval of the After the fact Conservation Area Impact permit, subject to the conditions listed in the staff report. Specific Condition #2 Modification: Current: The mitigation plan must be implemented in accordance with Sheet C1 as dated as received by the Division on September 24, 2007 and as amended by the Board of County Commissioners to include the purchase of 3.30 credits from the TM Econ Mitigation Bank. Modification: The onsite mitigation plan must be implemented in accordance with Sheet C1 as dated as received by the Division on September 24, 2007. Supplemental mitigation is necessary and may be approved by the Environmental Protection Officer. The supplemental mitigation shall be consistent with the Comprehensive Policy plan.
