  8. Action Requested • ACTION REQUESTED: • Approval of the After-the Fact Shoreline Alteration/Dredge and Fill permit subject to the site plan revisions as recommended by staff and the 27 conditions listed in the staff report.

Action • Action: • Approval of the After-the-Fact Shoreline Alteration/Dredge and Fill permit subject to the 27 conditions listed in the staff report, and modification of Condition 2 to read as follows: • The permittee shall provide mitigation for the impacts within thirty days of approval. The mitigation shall be at mitigation bank (0.16 credits/ratio or 0.04 UMAM) or alternate form of mitigation as approved by EPD.
