  2. 12 Basic Skills of Information Literacy • Find Retrieve Analyze Use Using the online Catalog to manage your library account is an important part of information literacy.

  3. The online public access catalog of Stitt Library (OPAC) has information about your transactions at Stitt Library. The link to that information is one of the information buttons called My Account.

  4. Click on “My Account” to view your library account information.

  5. Enter the barcode from the back of your student ID and your last name. Barcode number on the back of your student ID. Your last name.

  6. My Account Screen Click here to view your email and physical address on file. Click here to edit your search preferences. Click here to view what items you have checked out and to renew items.

  7. Your Items Item type Item title Item status. Charged = Checked Out. Due date

  8. You can renew online. Check the box beside the item and then click the Request Renewal button.

  9. If an item is overdue, you will not be able to renew it online. Please contact the library to see if you can renew overdue items.

  10. Any fines you may have are displayed on the “Your Items” page.
