ADMINISTRACION DE CARRERA DOCENTE La Secretaria de Educación Departamental efectúa la inscripción, nivelación salarial, reconocimiento de titulo de especialista y ascenso en escalafón docente, garantizando que la docencia sea ejercida por educadores idóneos, partiendo del reconocimiento de su formación, experiencia, desempeño y competencias como los atributos esenciales que orientan todo lo referente al ingreso, permanencia y ascenso del servidor docente, buscando con ello una educación con calidad, y un desarrollo y crecimiento profesional de nuestros Docentes.

  3. TIEMPO PROMEDIO DE EJECUCIÓN DEL SUBPROCESO DE ASCENSO EN EL ESCALAFÓN DOCENTE DURANTE LOS AÑOS 2009-2014

  5. RECONOCIMIENTO DE ASIGNACIÓN BÁSICA Se reconoce la asignación básica por acreditación de título de Etnoeducadores que atienden población indígena – Decreto 1231 del 12 de junio del 2012.

  6. APROBACIÓN DE RECURSOS PARA NIVELACIÓN DE ASCENSOS EN EL ESCALAFÓN DURANTE EL AÑO 2014. Durante el año 2014, se ha recibido 122 solicitudes para Nivelación de Ascenso en el Escalafón, para ello se ha dispuesto una cifra de $341.187.273
