However, you need to be conscious of your safety and what you want people to see of yourself and your friends. Furthermore, everyone should remember these safety tips: • You are not obliged to accept a friend request from someone you don’t know or do not want to be in contact with. • Be respectful of others privacy if and when posting photos or videos of them, or mentioning them where others might read about it. • Be aware that you can remove someone • Change your privacy settings so that only your friends can see your profile page.

  25. Data Flow Diagram

  26. DATA FLOW DIAGRAM • Data flow diagram is a graphical technique that describes information flows and displays information’s that are applied as data move form input or output. • Data flow diagram serves two purposes: • 1. To provide an indication of how data are transformed as they move through the system • 2. To depict the functions (and sub-functions) that transform the data flow

  28. PROCESS • A Process is applied to data and transforms it in some way. • A circle is used to present a process or transform. • ENTITY • Entity is a real life object about the problem. • We represent the entity by using a rectangular symbol. • DATA FLOW • Movement of data in the system. • DATA STORE • Data repositories for data that are not moving. It may be as simple as a buffer or a queue or a s sophisticated as a relational database.
