Aromas and flavors of ripe red apples, blackberries and vanilla with a long, lingering finish with hints of spice and leather. Alcohol: 13.5% Blend: 76% Malbec, 19% Cabernet Sauvignon 5% Syrah Production: 2,250 cases 2008 SAWBUCK CABERNET California Aromas of red raspberries and dusty chocolate with hints of toasty oak and spice. This Cabernet is soft in the palate with layers of berries, cocoa, spice and silky tannins. Alcohol: 13.5% Blend: 99% Cabernet Sauvignon, 1% Petite Sirah Production: 5,000 cases
