SummaryHosting providers for iTIXI • The iTIXI cloud shall be hosted in a professional datacenter. • This document defines • the properties of the iTIXI application affecting the choice of a datacenter and a support organisation, and • the criteria for choosing a datacenter, and • the long & short list of hosting providers.

  3. ArchitectureHosting providers for iTIXI • Architecture defined in folder configuration and document iTIXI_LAMP_Deployment.pdf • iTIXI App has one instance pro client, e.g. tixizug and btb. • All other modules have one instance pro server.

  4. Domain(s)Hosting providers for iTIXI • The iTIXI cloud has one domain tixi24.ch, and each customer has one subdomain • tixizug.tixi24.ch • btb.tixi24.ch • As an alternative the customer can use it’s own domain with a subdomain e.g. itixi.tixizug.ch • However, then it needs it’s “own” VPS, which is more expensive. • And needs to use the VPS service of it’s webservice provider (who hosts the domain name). • Or uses a mix: redirect itixi.tixizug.ch to tixizug.tixi24.ch.
