Basic information • Access for Cisco internal • The PPC internal site can be accessed by Cisco users through CEC login on http://roi-rcdn-001/psfc/ • Request access by sending email to emear-help@external.cisco.com, with subject “Partner-Plus”describing level of access (E.g. TBM for Germany) required

What PPC Internal Versionprovides • Information on Partners (1.1) and Partner Users (1.2) • Visibility of Partner’s P+ bookings data, targets and achievements (2.1) • Partner High Level MBO Summary (3.1) • Ability for Cisco user to see PPC Ext as a Partner does (1.1) • Ability to receive copies of emails sent from PPC to the partner sponsors (1.1) • Partner’s PPC usage reporting (3.4) • Partner’s profile completeness (reporting 3.7 and 3.8) • Enrolment completion • Accelerator strategy entries • Register SPIFFs to Partners (2.2)

  4. Basic PPC internal structure • Most PPC pages have basic structure, described in picture. Select and/or export buttons. Filters – select your country/region, desired year etc. Menu. To get to sub-menus, click on “+” sign. Main screen with information. Some report may not fit well – in that case use scrolling bars or download to excel.

  5. (1) Partners Click to be able to go to external PPC and view it as selected partners (Continuation on next slide) You can view a country, a region or all based on selection 1.1) Access the information about P+ partners Check to receive automated emails from PPC, same as partner’s sponsors

  6. (1) Access as partner • Click „Add“ to be able to access PPC External as partner • In the external version, you will be prompted to select one of the added partners, click and view PPC as partner

  7. (1) Receive emails for sponsors • Click checkboxto receive emails • Sponsor gets information on periodic basis about: • PARTNER SPIFF OPT IN/OUT • ACCELERATOR STRATEGY INFORMATION • PARTNER PLUS MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS VS. ACTUALS • CONTACT INFORMATION • Example embeded:

(1) P+ Overview – Partners‘ users • Job Role, Architecture Focus & Expertise are filled in by Sponsor when he assigns his staff to PPC • Other information populated via PDB when user logs-in You can view a partner, country, region, particular role or all based on selection 1.2) Access the information about P+ users

(1) Targets & achievements • Targets for current FY by FQ are available in 2.1 and are populated from PPI at the start of FY • Achievements are update once per week 2.1) Access the information about P+ targets & achievements Partner usually has Business & Service Target Partner Achiev. Report exports all information for selected FY. Takes a few minutes. Here is Target value, current achievment in $k and percentual achievement Targets & achivements are set and measured on country level for each enrolled partner

  10. (1) SPIFF • Gives partner a Cisco Rewards allocation every month to run their own internal spiff • Please see up-to-date guide to spiff management.

(2) Reporting – MBO Report 3.2) Access the MBO report • Gives overview of partners‘ perfomance (same data as in 2.1 – Business Target) You can view a partner, country, region etc. FY is by default current one Business (product) and services targets are split; Results are shown Q by Q E.g. this means that in Q2 224 partners (20.2%) achieved services target in total value of 64.6% of total target

(2) Reporting – Detailed usage • Shows all actions the user did on PPC ext. • Can be used to see which partners actually use PPC You can export data to excel and make any stats with it Date from is mandatory (since when you want to track the logins) You can view a partner, country or user 3.2) Access the MBO report „What“ describes the section in PPC ext. that the partner clicked on „Unspecified“ means specific filter settings This number is the amount of clicks on particular page

  13. (2) Reporting – Partner Usage 3.4.) Matrix of partners’ accesses to PPC • Consolidated view of detailed login information • Per partner basis You can view a partner, country, region etc. Do specify Date from (default 3 months back) Click through to the list of partner users PPC access data In the selected period: No. Working days – at least 1 user used PPC at 1 day. Rest is self explanatory.

  14. (2) Reporting – Detailed reports • 3.3. Cisco Usage • shows Cisco users logging stats into PPC int. • You can check how your team leverages PPC. • 3.6. Partner Cisco Usage • Show Cisco users logging stats into PPC ext. when they add themselves to a partner using funcitionality in section 1.1. Partners Profile • You can check how your team leverages PPC to demo functionality to partners • 3.5 Partner Ext Links • Shows click-through rate from external PPC pages to specific platforms 3.3, 3.5, 3.6) Low usage specific reports

(2) Reporting – Enrollment report • When a field is red, please ask partner to go to PPC and fill in necessary info in his profile. 3.7) Compliance of partners with program rules/enrollment steps Filter out your country to speed it up. (2) Reporting – Acceleration report • When a field is red, please ask partner to go to PPC and fill in necessary info in his profile. 3.8) Acceleration Strategy data Filter out your country to speed up the report List of selected partners. Columns represent the partner’s entries on their acceleration strategy All info comes from partners’ profile page on external PPC.
