  1. Elizabeth (Liz) DantinInternal Audit Partner • Liz is one of our leading energy internal audit partners in the Houston office. She will lead the engagement overall and ensure our service approach meets Entergy-Koch’s needs. She brings significant direct experience in internal auditing in the energy industry using risk-based audit techniques. Liz has led the internal audit functions for energy and oilfield services companies, which includes performing risk assessments, developing and executing audit plans, and reporting to senior management and audit committees. • Liz is a Certified Internal Auditor with over 14 years experience as an internal audit and assurance professional, including eight years managing internal audits for global energy clients.

  2. Robert KeehanEnergy Trading Partner • Robert is a partner in our energy practice with 15 years of public accounting experience. He has served clients in all sectors of the energy industry, including the energy marketing and trading sector of the industry. He has extensive experience assisting his clients with issues related to trading and marketing, derivatives, and various forms of off-balance-sheet financing. Robert is a frequent speaker and author on topics related to energy trading, price risk management activities, and the use of derivative financial instruments. • He is the technical liaison with the National Office with respect to Energy Trading and SFAS #133 issues. In this role, Robert has assisted the National Office with developing the Firm’s responses to the FASB, DIG, and EITF on technical issues that impact utilities, power development and marketing and trading companies.

  3. Fred CohenFinancial Risk Management Partner • Fred is a Partner in PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Financial Risk Management Practice. His responsibilities include global leadership for Energy Trading and Risk Management. He has over 25 years of consulting and management experience with large energy and utility companies, multinational corporations and financial institutions. He has conducted consulting engagements for many leading oil and gas and utility companies covering a broad range of activities, including business strategy, corporate governance, financial risk management, trading, capital allocation and financial reporting. He has developed particular expertise in the design and implementation of risk management frameworks at the corporate and trading level. In addition to commodity and financial risk management his work includes business strategy, organization, financial performance and management reporting. • Fred will be consulted for technical and trading issues, on an as needed basis.

  4. Mark Allan SmithSenior Manager - Financial Risk Management • Mark is a Senior Manager is our Financial Risk Management practice focused on energy companies. He has over 15 years of experience in this industry. His activities focus on advising clients in the measurement and management of financial risk associated with energy and commodity trading activities, transaction valuation, risk management processes and controls, trading and risk management policies and energy risk management strategy. Mark and his team provide extensive support to our audit engagements on issues such as mark-to-market valuation, risk controls, and FAS 133. • Prior to joining PricewaterhouseCoopers, Mark’s experience in the energy industry included responsibility for physical energy trading; futures, options and derivatives trading; structured products marketing; hedging and risk management; supply and distribution; operations planning; and process engineering. Mark’s education includes an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago and a BS in Chemical Engineering.

Carlo de FlorioDirector - Compliance Risk Management • Carlo has worked in Europe, Asia, Latin America, Africa and the Middle East, helping leading companies assess, design, implement and monitor corporate governance, business ethics and compliance risk management programs that reflect best practices and meet the expectations of the board, senior management, regulators, investors and other key stakeholders. His engagements have included conducting global compliance risk assessments, developing and implementing codes of conduct and compliance programs; undertaking sensitive risk assessments and investigations around the world; developing and delivering business integrity training and communication programs; and implementing compliance enabling technologies that facilitate compliance program management, motivate responsible business conduct, and improve reporting to senior management, boards of directors, and other key stakeholders, such as regulatory and enforcement authorities. • Carlo is widely published and a frequent speaker on the subject of corporate governance, business ethics and compliance management best practices.

  6. John FilloEH&S Director • John has over 26 years of experience in Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) management and compliance, and sustainability consulting. His industry experience includes oil and gas exploration/production, petroleum refining, electric/gas utilities, chemicals, iron/steel manufacturing, metallurgical/mining, automotive supplier, pulp and paper, diversified manufacturing, and environmental services. Dr. Fillo’s experience encompasses work in the U.S., as well as international experience in Canada, Europe and South America. • John’s areas of focus have included environmental permitting/compliance, risk management/hazard assessment, performance assessment/improvement and benchmarking, organizational analysis and design, data and management systems assessment/verification, environmental cost accounting, assessment of business and economic impacts of changes in legislation/regulations, and process and environmental engineering. John has a Ph.D. in chemical engineering.

  7. Doug CoganSenior Manager - IT Risk Management • Doug focuses on integrated information systems risk within the energy industry, and he has significant experience with ERP implementations and the associated technology risks. He has participated in security solutions including Enterprise Resource Planning security, web-enabled security and technical security solutions. He has managed both internal and external audit functions within the Energy industry, and he has been heavily involved in the creation in our integrated audit approach and with our energy e-business diagnostic tool. Over the years, Doug has been exposed to a number of industries. His petroleum and utility client experience is extensive and is balanced well with significant information risk involvement with retail and manufacturing clients. • Doug serves as the national petroleum sector leader and is on our Systems Energy Industry Leadership Team. In this capacity, he is responsible for high level review of systems audit planning and delivery on major petroleum clients.
