  2. Exam timetables • Individual student timetables will be posted on e-portal and can be viewed by students, parents and teachers.

  3. EXAM REQUIREMENT • ID card, Black Pen, Pencil, Rubber, Ruler • Other equipment such as calculators, maths equipment, books, pre-release materials may be allowed in some exams; subject teachers will advise students • Bottled water if in a clear plastic bottle with no labels. • School Uniform must be worn at all times when on site. • School emails should be checked regularly as this is the main source of communication; particularly when on student leave.

  4. WHAT IS NOT ALLOWED • Mobile Phones • Any other electronic equipment • Personal belonging; outdoor coats, bags These should be left in lockers; if left in classrooms, college areas, Buttery Foyer, outside exam rooms they are not secure

  5. DURING THE EXAM • Use formal name, no abbreviations or nick names • Do not deface exam paper • Do not disturb other students

  6. Students will not be allowed to leave the exam early. • any general/routine appointments should be made outside of these times. • arrangements may be needed if using public transport, get picked up from school.

  7. Adverse Circumstance • Please notify the Exams Office ASAP and we will pass onto home college staff as appropriate. (if an application is to be made to the awarding body then evidence may be required)

  8. GCSE RESULT DAY IS THURSDAY 23RD AUGUST GOOD LUCK
