  6. Conclusion: • Most respondents prefer to Rejoice when buying shampoo and JNJ when buying body wash, mostly because their good quality and brand awareness. So there are strong brand loyaltiesof Rejoice and JNJ. • brand loyalty :the tendency of customers to consistently purchase products of a particular brand.
