  2. Infinite Campus • New Data Standards e-mailed to all staff. • All IEP’s must be completed on IC statewide. • All due process must be on IC statewide. • IC offline???? • In emergency situations meetings can be conducted on State forms and uploaded. LCBE/gcm

  4. Infinite Campus Updates Copy Feature • Should only be used to amend a current IEP • Should not be used to develop a new IEP Be sure to have regular teacher rights as view only to ensure they can view IEP’s IEP training will be provided per the new guidance document. LCBE/gcm

  5. CAP Update Leslie County Schools has received a “Needs Substantial Intervention” for it’s annual district determination. • E-mail handout • Sanctions • Needs Assistance • Needs Intervention • Needs Substantial Interventions LCBE/gcm

  6. CAP Update • Based on e-mail we will receive another On-Site Monitoring • Double check all due process paperwork for completeness • All IEP’s and Evaluations completed in the first part of 11-12 school will be used to document CAP requirements. LCBE/gcm

  7. CAP Update • Forward copies of all due process to KDE • RTI, referral • Conference summary & individualized Minutes • Permission to evaluate, • Evaluate, • Determine eligibility & placement, LCBE/gcm

  8. Evaluations • Evaluations will be contracted in the 11-12 school year. • The 20-20-20 evaluation plan is a must. • All related service reports must be in the report or referenced in the report. • Timely action is a must to complete reports in 60SD’s. LCBE/gcm

  9. Evaluations • Case Managers are responsible for timely evaluations/re-evaluations • Examples • Double check SLD’s • SRMP stipulates monitoring of each case manager monthly. LCBE/gcm

Mr. Roy Napier • Relevant behavior observations • Triangulation of data in minutes for all evaluations/re-evaluations to support eligibility and adverse affect. • Criteria for all Disabilities • Handouts • RTI/Referrals • District RTI Manual 11-12 • F:\LSIP 2 Leslie County Researched Based Intervention Data Summary Summer 2011.xlsx • Review before obtaining Consent to Evaluate. RTI • Ms. Childers/Mr. Napier will be providing an Updated RTI training for each school when scheduled be by end of August per Ms. Allred calendared plan. • The Updated plan will focus on Tier I for all regular teachers. • All RTI data for all Tiers will be stored in a central location. LCBE/gcm

  12. Student Record Management Plan (SRMP) -Handout Required by Corrective Action Plan Will be implemented with the start of the 11-12 school year. It follows the Accountability Model (i.e., teachers are accountable to Principle, Principals are accountable to Superintendent) LCBE/gcm

  13. SRMP • Student records will monitored monthly for compliance. • New referrals will be reviewed for compliance when completed. • All transfer records will be reviewed thoroughly. • Should any errors be found you will have one month to correct. LCBE/gcm

  14. LCS’s Special Education Procedures • “BY THE BOOK” I’s dotted & T’s crossed. • 7 calendar day meeting notice, 24 hour for discipline • Discrepancy Model • RTI is required prior to referral • All referral documentation shall be copied and sent to KDE. LCBE/gcm

  15. KYSBAC • PCG is the new vendor for KYSBAC • New process is completely online • You will receive an e-mail prior to the random moment sample time. • No prior training is required • Training is completed prior to completing each random moment sample. LCBE/gcm

  16. Instructional Supplies • $300.00 + $100.00 of office supplies = $400 per teacher • Instructional materials only • Office supplies will be supplied • Reply to e-mail for supplies • Must be in office by October 30,2010 • Submit order to our office LCBE/gcm
