Step by Step to Optimum • Term Processing • SELECT: Master Schedule • Create or Copy a Template • NEXT • Destination > Name of new Template • Source > Copy from the Section Schedule • SELECT: Year/Term/Session • NEXT • FINISH • Return to Master Schedule • SELECT: Optimize an Existing Template • NEXT • CHECK the schedule just created • New file will be created, with “New” suffix. • NEXT • CHOOSE: Schedule Priority: Lenient • SET: Lowest match to consider: 50% • NEXT • FINISH • OK • Processing Log (Notepad Extract) • Examine sections scheduled. • Bottom of page: unscheduled classes • Copy & Paste unscheduled sections to new Word document. • PRINT • Return to Master Schedule • Apply a Template • NEXT • SELECT: Template for the appropriate term, with the “New” suffix. • CHECK: Copy the Template to the Section Schedule • CHECK: Modify schedule with template. Never checkDelete existing schedule! • CHECK: Populate the Calendar with the Template • NEXT • FINISH • OK
