  5. Morewood Old Navy Building A Hiccup West Campus

  6. Looks like the building will be 200-220K Gross Square Feet (GSF) • Original Proposal = 150K • Wean Hall = 290K (We have about ½) • NSH = 155K • With 220K we would still have to keep about 30K of Wean Hall. With 150K we would have to keep about 100K. Note: Assignable Square Feet (ASF) = .6 GSF

  7. Exactly what parts of SCS move into the new building has not yet been decided
