  • Giving a great impression within the first 90 seconds a patient enters the clinic, as well as a good last impression

  • Treating all patients equally, as you would treat a family member

  • Maintaining positive attitudes during session to help encourage patients no matter what level function they are during their episode of care

  • Continue to convey commitment to end of episode, encourage pts to call with questions following DC

  • Follow DC with satisfaction surveys
