Briefing from Syrian Stakeholders for feasibility study • SPC • Ministry of Finance • Central Bank of Syria • Ministry of Economy and Trade • Ministry of Industry • Federations of CoC and CoI • Others? • Outputs of these briefings will be to define; • Governmental and non-governmental working structure and coordination between institutions • Legal structure of Arab Republic of Syria and legal restrictions • Needs of institutions • Initial overview of Arab Republic of Syria

Workshop with stakeholder on need assesment • Framework of the workshops; • Three separate workshops with • Regulatory institutions • Ministry of Economy and Trade • SPC • Central Bank • Ministry of Finance • Ministry of Industry • Workshop with banks representatives • NGOs (Federation of CoC and CoI) • Minimum 10, maximum 20 person for each workshop • Location, out of officess • One day allocation for each workshop Objectives of workshops are to analyses perspective of the stakeholders and define functions of the development bank in Syria
