  8. Business Outreach Program • 2009 Program Summary • Joint program: Korean Youth and Community Center & Anderson • Duration: Feb 2009 ~ May 2009, 12 ~ 15 Week Program • 15 MBA Volunteers, 10 Entrepreneurs • Helped k-town entrepreneurs to build business plan for securing bank loan

Business Outreach Program • Responsibilities • Interview entrepreneurs and pair them with mentors • Contact KYCC in weekly base and resolve issues (during the program) • Expand the mentorship opportunities into other MBA schools • Recruit MBA mentors • Positions available • Two 1st year directors (1 MBA & 1 FEMBA)

Career Development • Responsibilities • Provide KBSA members with job opportunities in Korea • Develop relationship with Korean companies recruiting in the U.S. • Build a database of interview questions • Facilitate KBSA Career Coaching Session for 1st yr students • Outreach to potential recruiters in Korea • Positions available • 1 director of Career Development

Alumni Relations (US and Korea) • Responsibilities • Develop and maintain relationship with Anderson Alumni in the US/KR through coordinating and organizing various social mixers in LA/Seoul • Organize Speaker Series • Connect to UCLA KGSA (Korean Graduate Student Association) • Communication with UCLA Alumni Association of Korea • Annual alumni mixer in Seoul (Alumni Relations, Korea) • Positions available • Two 1st year directors of Alumni Relations (US and Korea)

FEMBA • FEMBA schedule makes it extremely difficult to meet people within FEMBA. • More difficult outside of FEMBA • More social activities – drink, eat, sing • High interest in community activities – Something positive to do together • Director for 2012 (FEMBA) needed • 1.5 Generation who can bring 2012’s together or outstanding 1st – 2ndgenerationer • Natural relationship building between FEMBAs and Full-timers, especially for geographical job considerations and daytime class connections
