  4. Progress Toward Previous Program Goal GOAL: We will engage stakeholders in financial conversations. RESULTS: • Financial index increased to 2.54, with more increases expected • No-tax-increase bond issue passed by 80.35 percent

  5. Progress Toward Previous Program Goal GOAL: We will meet stakeholders’ information needs. RESULTS: • Used ADDIE model to determine that our chosen measure was impossible to implement. • Switched to click rates as a measure. • Established list of stakeholder information needs and targets for covering them. Met the targets.

  6. Progress Toward Previous Program Goal DEPLOYMENT LEVEL: Services are well deployed, with no significant gaps.

  7. Future Program Goals to be Evaluated • We will increase public awareness about community engagement in district decision-making. • We will meet stakeholders’ information needs.

Plan for Evaluation Measurable Outcomes Data Collection Methods • We will increase the average score that community members give the district on its “efforts to include the public in district decision-making” from 3.68 to 3.75. • We will increase our click-through rates on our email newsletters from 51.52 percent to 55 percent. • We will increase our First Hand subscribers from 5,344 to 10,000. • Document reviews • Surveys and questionnaires • Focus Groups
