  2. Kakadu tracks • The Kakadu national park is located in the northern territory , Australia . • It is the size of the country Slovenia ! • It covers 19804 kilometres • It was establish on The 5th of April 1979.

  3. Explanation of Native flora and fauna and how it helps nourish and preserve the national park • It helps keep the park nourished because there is no commercial business around it • Their is 1700 different types of floras in Kakadu

  4. A detailed analysis of Introduced species. • The introduced animals are • cattle • Asian water buffalo • European bees • House geckos • Mice • Rats • Cats • Dogs • Horses ( ferrel buffalos > ) • Donkeys • Pigs • These animals now live and breed in the park and they are all ferrel animals.

  5. How introduced species have damaged the national park with specific reference to local flora and fauna. • They have destroyed Some of the natural Ecosystems • They kill native Australian Animals , which is causing Problems in the ecosystem • The ferrel animals are dangerous

  6. What have been some government initiatives to help overcome the problems of introduced species • Capturing ferrel animals • Killing them ( ferrel horses )

List possible solutions to assist the Kakadu national park overcome this problem • They could get voluntary groups to help capture the ferrel animals • They could place traps in the park • If they don’t want to kill all the ferrel animals they could capture them and then seel them and make a profit , and use the profit to rebuild what the ferrel animals have destroyed.
