Issues and Resolutions are tracked in Salesforce.com • Board members are encouraged to contact Immediate Past President and Business Area assigned to issues to volunteer to help resolve issues • Resolution Teams meet to analyze the problem situation, identify root causes, develop countermeasures and action plans. • Immediate Past President and Resolution Team Leaders provide monthly updates to the NEC and quarterly updates to the NBOD. 1Q2005 NBOD Meeting
