  2. YEAR ESTABLISHED 1990 • CITE is a non-stock, non-profit educational organization registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission • June of 1991, CITE began offering it’s main program, the three-year, post-secondary Industrial Technician Program (ITP)

  3. Vision CITE is an educational institution that provides excellent technical training to the less privileged youth of society in a manner that is always deeply rooted in moral and work values, strongly linked with families and industry, and extensively imbued with the entrepreneurial spirit.

Mission Statement CITE is committed to provide to the deserving but economically disadvantaged youth from the Visayas and Mindanao with Training in Technical Skills, Entrepreneurship, and Values Formation. We aim to develop in them a high sense of professionalism deep Christian and social-oriented values.
