Understanding Small Enterprises • UnderstandingSMEs is essantial to ouraspired succes as aneconomic partner • Smallentprises are notsmall big enterprises, and differsubstantiallyamongthem • ie., they do notneccarilywant to grow • The keyingredient to our help fromeducationremains the education of a newhighlyskilledgeneration of workers … and entrepreneurs • Entrpreneurs do notnecessarily want to beemployers, and are notnecessarilygood at it. • But to ensure a healthylife in a healthy business, theyneed to be Small enterpises and employment
