Booking the Event • Speak with the Event Coordinator (Person in charge of running the event) • Get exact details of the day(Schedule of events). • Is there a Vendor Fee or Kick Back/Donation? • Exclusivity of Event(Are you the only Energy Drink Vendor?) • Approximate number of attendees? • Booth/Tent Location

Event Sales Setup Guidelines • Arrive approximately an hour before to set up • Use storage bins and carrying containers for ease of use • Be sure you have access to electricity and water(if needed) • Display marketing material & products just like a storefront • Make your Booth big, bright & professional • Select a location with heavy foot traffic and high visibility

Asking “Yes” or “No” questions could lead to a “No” • What flavor can I get for you? • Have you ever heard of a ‘HEALTHY’ Energy Drink? • Do you want 1 or 2? • Did you get your free sample yet? • Have you ever heard of XS? TIP: Be friendly, smile and lead people to your booth.

Follow Up / Pickup • Build Rapport • Ask friendly questions about the event. • Say, “By the way I’m ‘_____’ and shake some hands. • Smile and nod in agreement as they chat with you. • Get Referrals • Offer them to enter the “Free Raffle” while they Wait. • (Jot down any notes on the back of the Ticket; like, their Favorite flavor.) • - Let them know you’ll be following up with them • in a couple of days.

  14. Team Work • Preliminary Meeting couple of Days Before Event • Each Team Member should have a Responsibility • Everyone must be Prepared with Product Knowledge • All Team Members must know Pricing and Team Goals (Sales Goals & Product Movement)
