  3. Economics 1 (MOSTD. II.D, 1.6;2.3;1.8) You are hiring a person to work in your restaurant. To get the best productivity out of this employee, what skills would you want this person to possess? In your journal, write & explain at least four possible skills. Click for possible answers

Economics 1 • Read and comprehend,at least, at a sixth grade level. • Demonstrate a knowledge of basic math processes. • Be able to count money and make change. • Show, in dress and cleanliness, the need for good hygiene practices. • Ability to communicate verbally, using correct grammar and mannerly responses. • Write in a legible handwriting. Why are each of these skills important to you as the employer?
